The evolution of the homo odium liberal

The Steve Jobs Archive website contains many of Jobs’ memos and internal communications. One of these memos is a note to himself, which I have included below.

It is well known that Jobs was a notoriously demanding boss, but this letter reveals a side to him which may not be as commonly known. This self-reflection shows Jobs’s deep appreciation for the human race and our extraordinary accomplishments throughout history.

Separately, Elon Musk has been outspoken about the dire need for humans to procreate at a faster rate. In December last year, Musk said at a Wall Street Journal event, “There are not enough people…I can’t emphasize this enough; there are not enough people." And later, “if people don’t have more children, civilization is going to crumble. Mark my words."

Here you have two of the greatest entrepreneurs in history expressing remarkably philo-human sentiments. Is there something about being a great builder that requires you to have a certain optimistic view of humanity? I tend to think so, and these are two case-in-points in favor of the hypothesis.

I bring up these two men because there is a growing sentiment among a specific population that wholeheartedly disagree with this sentiment. It is the stuff of all authoritarians…a fundamental hatred and distrust of people. In fact, it is this hatred that authoritarians internalize and use to justify their dominance over the populace.

This was powerfully stated by Abraham Lincoln, as an anti-slavery argument, during his run for Senate in 1858 against Stephen Douglas.

Those arguments that are made, that the inferior race are to be treated with as much allowance as they are capable of enjoying; that as much is to be done for them as their condition will allow. What are these arguments? They are the arguments that kings have made for enslaving the people in all ages of the world. You will find that all the arguments in favor of king-craft were of this class; they always bestrode the necks of the people, not that they wanted to do it, but because the people were better off for being ridden. That is their argument, and this argument of the Judge [Douglas] is the same old serpent that says you work and I eat, you toil and I will enjoy the fruits of it. Turn in whatever way you will---whether it come from the mouth of a King, an excuse for enslaving the people of his country, or from the mouth of men of one race as a reason for enslaving the men of another race, it is all the same old serpent [.]

This belief system has existed across every epoch of human history, but its presentation has been forced to change thanks to the advance of enlightenment values. The explicit strong man argument is insufficient as this concept has been roundly rejected by the Liberal world (the capital L is intentional). However, its subsequent evolution is the modern liberal ideology (the small l is intentional).

I had been meaning to write this article for a while now, but a recent article on the Common Sense substack pushed me over the edge to do it.

Canadian journalist Rupa Subramanya wrote an article on the disturbing growth of a Canadian program called MAiD, an acronym for the “Medical Assistance in Dying” act.

Whatever your position on assisted suicide, before you read on, conjure an image in your mind of who would be the person utilizing this “service.”

I would guess that for most of us, the person had at least two qualities:

1. Elderly

2. Has a terminal illness like incurable cancer, ALS, or another painful, degenerative disease.

When MAiD first started in Canada, that’s precisely who used it. However, due to the liberal expansion of the legal concept of “reasonably foreseeable" death, the usage of MAiD has been growing steadily into groups that are neither elderly nor terminally ill. In fact, the Canadian government passed an updated version of the MAiD law last year, allowing citizens to utilize MAiD even if their death was not reasonably foreseeable. Now applicants “simply had to show that they had a condition that was ‘intolerable to them’ and could not ‘be relieved under conditions that they consider acceptable.’”

MAiD now accounts for nearly 5% of all deaths in some Canadian provinces, with a growing percentage among 19–45-year-olds.

So now the Canadian government is in the business of helping people kill themselves because they are going through a hard time. There seems to be a highly perverse set of incentives here given that Canada has a socialist healthcare scheme. It is almost certainly cheaper to kill people who will be a burden on the system, now, rather than have to care for them over the next several decades or more.

This law perfectly sums up modern-day liberalism. It is a fundamentally anti-human, modern-day eugenics program. Who gives a shit about caring for young, sick people when you can kill them…that saves money and stops them from procreating, right?

It’s certainly not ALL liberals…but it is enough of the liberals in power (i.e., the people who set the standard for the ideology) that the entire doctrine needs to be condemned. But what type of person is this? Anti-human is an apt description, but there is something more fundamental that runs through these types of people. Something at the nucleus of their beliefs that cuts through their humanity. Something in how these types have evolved…and maybe our answer lies there?

Since about two million years ago, “homo” has been used to classify the genus of which we are a part. Homo sapien, for instance, means man (homo) wise (sapiens), homo erectus means “man upright,” homo habilis means “man skillfully,” etc. Does the answer in defining the anti-human liberals reside here somewhere? I think it just might.

According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, the Latin noun “odium” means (1) “the state or fact of being subjected to hatred and contempt as a result of a despicable act or blameworthy circumstance." (2) “hatred and condemnation accompanied by loathing or contempt.” (3) “disrepute or infamy attached to something."

The Rise of the Homo Odium

You see, it’s not that that homo odium wants to rule you, but you are better off being ruled by a group of people who hate your fucking guts. Some may think I am overstating the case, but when I write that a fundamental anti-human mentality pervades all of the homo odium class, I mean it 100%. Nearly all of their policies are rotten through with a fundamental anti-human philosophy. Doubt me? Let’s begin:

Abortion:

I have written about my conversion from pro-choice to pro-life before (you can read it below if you want), but the gist is how extreme the homo odium has become on the issue of abortion. There is no more anti-human stance than the one they have taken on this issue today. Remember when Hilary Clinton said abortion should be “safe, legal, and rare?” Why throw “rare” in there? Because it is a tacit admission that abortions are not desirable, but they should be available as a tool, you know, just in case.

However, the move from that stance to one where the homo odium tries to codify abortion up to the point of birth on a federal level is fundamentally evil. Do you think I’m joking? Here is the relevant text from H.R.3755 - Women's Health Protection Act of 2021:

So yes, the homo odium representatives in the US Congress supported abortion at any time during pregnancy up until the point of birth. I cannot think of a more anti-human stance than that.

And wait until the homo odium at our corporations realize it is cheaper for their female employees to have abortions than to have them go on the generous leave companies now provide. You don’t think companies will start to push women towards abortion vs. having their babies? With the downturn in the economy, I would bet that within the next year, there will be examples of companies pushing women toward abortions—bank on it.

Trans:

What do you call it when doctors coerce patients to undergo experimental medical treatments for which there is little to no evidence that the procedures will help their medical situation but will undoubtedly condemn them to a lifetime of care in the medical system? What do you call it when these procedures make young men and women sterile? Or involves them disfiguring their arms to create fake penises?

Is this the Nazi doctor Joseph Mengele? No, it is simply the homo odium in the medical profession destroying a generation of children with false claims of hope that if you ruin your dreams of a normal future, you will feel better now. They won’t. It’s a lie. They know it is a lie.

At the substack Reality’s Last Stand, Leor Sapir takes apart the prevailing “science” behind 16 studies supporting the trans movement to show it is all a pile of garbage, and there is no evidence that trans surgeries help anyone or reduce their suicidality. In fact, there is evidence of the opposite.

So why push these surgeries if they fail to help their patients? Money is certainly one, as shown in this video from a doctor from the Clinic for Transgender Health at Vanderbilt.

Vanderbilt opened its trans clinic in 2018. During a lecture the same year, Dr. Shayne Taylor explained how she convinced Nashville to get into the gender transition game. She emphasized that it's a "big money maker," especially because the surgeries require a lot of "follow ups"

But capitalism has no value system; that needs to come separately. What is the homo odium has no value system? It’s certainly not to help people because it is was they would be looking at the facts. The only discernable value system of the homo odium is a hatred of humanity. Therefore they can mutilate children with impunity, ensure that fewer people have children and that fewer people are CAPABLE of having children, and condemn them to a lifetime of treatment in the healthcare system.

Environmentalism:

I am not going to get into a big debate here, but I will say that environmentalism has become a great hobby horse of the homo odium because rather than indoctrinating person-by-person, they can force global change with their magic wand of climate change. However, let’s look at the catastrophic destruction these “green” policies have led to.

As I explained in my Functional Bigotry post, the climate change homo odium is well aware that their energy policies will lead to both impoverished regions continuing their impoverishment and the collapse of modern economies, all in justification of “saving the planet.”

So, even though their policies have led directly to the collapse of at least one growing country (at least they had an excellent ESG score, amiright?), the decimation of forests in Europe because of lack of home heating energy, and Poland citizens being reduced to burning trash to heat their homes, the homo odium continues their climate nihilism unabated. All of this is to say nothing of the environmental devastation that “green energy” causes, which, conveniently, the climate do-gooders don’t seem the care about.

I wonder why?

Covid:

We now know that nearly all of the homo odium policies, which forced many people to lose their jobs and become dependent on the government, failed. Six-foot distancing was an arbitrary number, lockdowns did more to hurt than help, closing schools have destroyed our children’s mental health and set them back dramatically in their education, masks did nothing, forced vaccinations did nothing and Pfizer has now admitted that they never even tested their vaccine to determine if it reduced transmission…there was virtually no evidence to back up any of their policies.

So why did they do it? It was a great testing ground for the homo odium to determine what they could force people to do, despite all evidence to the contrary.

Mentally Ill:

The fact that the homo odium talk as if they care about mental health in this country is a joke. They only speak about it when it benefits their pet causes, like gun control. But have you seen many of the cities in the US today? They are riddled with vast open-air drug markets, populated primarily with people who suffer severe mental illness, as well documented in Michael Schellneberger’s book, San Fransicko. Of course, this (along with the Defund the Police movement) has led to skyrocketing violence, and now many US cities have become nearly unlivable.

Why does the homo odium let this go on? They claim it is because the mentally ill living in the streets have a right to live where they want because it’s a free country (a position supported by the now retrograde ACLU). However, any rational thinking person would have to see that the situation is untenable, so what is the real reason? Simple…the worse it gets, the more people will look for government solutions and cede their freedoms to the same people who allowed this problem to persist. Think I’m wrong? Read about the Patriot Act and get back to me. The homo odium strikes again.

There is more we could cover that show that modern liberalism is anti-human, but I think that’s enough; you get the point. The battle now is between the Jobs’s, Musk’s, and other pro-human leaders vs. the homo odium.

Let’s hope the pro-humans win…for all our sakes. Down with the homo odium!
